One of the key questions you can ask an RTO prior to enroling is if
they have policies in place. Key to the policies they should have relate to Complaints; what you can if you are not satisfied
with some part of your experience in training.
You should be informed prior to enrolment how
you stand in relation to the Refund Policy and how it affects fees that you pay in relation
to training.
When the time comes for you to be assessed for training what can you do if
you are not satisfied with the assessment outcome? The RTO should have in place an Appeals Process and publish the policy so you can be aware of
it before you enrol for training.
