Our Policies

A key question to ask any RTO prior to enroling is "Do they have policies in place?"

One of our key policies is Complaints; what you can do if you are not satisfied with some part of your experience in training.

Before you enrol you should understand our Refund Policy and how it affects fees you pay for training.

You should be able to get information that explains the Appeals Process.

Policies should be published so you are aware of them, and how they affect you, before you enrol.

Our Student Handbook is also another useful source of information and reference.
