Cancellation and Refund Policy  

 

If MHS Training cancels a course a full refund will apply to the enrolling student.

 

The minimum deposit of $200.00 is required to secure a place on an upcoming course and is a non refundable component of course costs excluding whereby MHS Training cancels the course, see point 1.

 

If a student withdraws from training for any reason more than five working days prior to the course starting date then the refund of course fees will incur a 5% administration charge. The non-refundable deposit amount will not form part of the refund, see point 2.

 

If a student withdraws from training five working days or less prior to course starting date the refund of course fees will incur a 10% charge for administration and resources costs. The non-refundable deposit amount will not form part of the refund, see point 2.

 

Once a course has started no refunds will be available.

 

Change of enrolment date may be considered subject to course availability. Change of enrolment, e.g. to a later commencement date, will not incur additional charges or loss of fees already paid.

 

Refunds on compassionate grounds may be considered. Application for refunds on compassionate grounds must be made in writing and will be determined on a case by case basis at the discretion of the Training Manager.

 

Please note: even on compassionate grounds the non-refundable portion of enrolment fees may not form part of the refund.
